Seven Pines (The field formerly known as Sandston or the Whiteside Pitch)

The Richmond Rugby Foundation has worked hard over the years to achieve the lofty goal of aquiring and developing a plot for hosting Rugby matches. In March of 2006 the Lions and Richmond's Old Boys played the first ever match on the grounds of Seven Pines. This year we opened our spring season with a solid victory against Quantico at Seven Pines, the first match and victory against a visiting club on our own land.

With the further improvements taking place at present, goal posts up and big plans for the future, one of the East Coast's oldest Rugby clubs will soon have a premier, club owned facility to both host events and compete on. Click here to read more about future plans and chances to help out.
